Juan Roca

Juan Roca has extensive experience in managerial roles, including working as a Jefe de Asuntos Gerenciales in various companies such as Caja Promotora De Vivienda Militar Y De Policía and Grupo Empresarial de Cafés y Alimentos. Juan has also served as an Asesor y Docente at the Ejercito Nacional de Colombia, teaching a variety of subjects related to military and political history, crisis management, leadership, and more. Additionally, Juan has held positions such as Secretario de Seguridad at the Alcaldia Local de Suba, where Juan oversaw security and community engagement initiatives. With a background in International Relations and Business Administration, Juan has a strong foundation in negotiation and consulting.
