David Korn is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in product development and simulations, particularly within the fields of light metals and plastics. They have led a team at EJOT as Group Manager CAE from 2018 to 2022, where they focused on developing calculation software and served as both an internal and external trainer. Prior to this, David completed a Master thesis on the simulation of spring fasteners and a Bachelor thesis in computational fluid dynamics at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, where they earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science. Currently, David is the founder of CornCraft Engineering, specializing in knife design.
