Mohit Rajpal

Mohit Rajpal is the Head of Distribution & Commerce Business at Eka.Care. Mohit has over four years of experience in building and managing intercity taxi businesses.

Prior to joining Eka.Care, Mohit was with MakeMyTrip for almost four years, where they were responsible for developing and growing the intercity, airport transfer, and self-drive businesses. Under their leadership, the team was able to achieve profitable sell-through and attain revenue goals.

Some of the highlights of Mohit's career include successfully setting up the intercity cab business from scratch and increasing the number of cabs from 10 a day to 4,000 within a year. Mohit has also won several awards for their work in improving team morale and establishing a cohesive team environment.

Mohit Rajpal has a strategic management degree from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow. Mohit also has an MBA in marketing and international business from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad. In addition, they have a travel and tourism diploma from IATA Training and a bachelor's degree in arts from Delhi University.

They are on a team with Ashish Verma - Head of Digital Marketing, Amit Bharti - Head of Design, and Sankalp Gulati - Head of Data Science. Their manager is Vikalp Sahni, Founder & CEO.
