Norma Agunos

Norma Agunos is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and technical support across various industries. Currently serving as the Americas Team Manager - Channel at Ekahau since March 2020, Norma also holds the title of Spanish Inside Sales for Canada and Latin America. Prior to this, Norma worked at WebBeds as a Spanish Customer Service Agent from July 2016 to March 2020, specializing in B2B travel solutions. At ADP, from March 2013 to March 2016, Norma was a General Ledger Implementation Specialist, focusing on integrating accounting software into the ADP RUN platform. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Product Specialist and Senior Technical Support member for QuickBooks at IBM, where Norma provided business consulting and troubleshooting for accounting software, as well as technical support for RCA products and GE communications.
