Prior to this role, Maurizio held various positions at SIKO-global, including Head of Service and Solution Center from October 2019 to June 2021, and CEO of SIKO Products in the USA while also working as a Project Engineer & Manager for SIKO GmbH in Germany from March 2008 to June 2019. Maurizio's career began at Elektro Schillinger GmbH as an Electrical Engineer (1996-2002), followed by a role as Project and Controls Engineer at IKA – Laboratory, Analytical and Processing Technology (2002-2007). Maurizio holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Berufsakademie Lörrach.
