Ben Williams is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Group Head of Food & Beverage at EKC Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Executive Head of Food & Beverage and Executive Head Chef at The Yarrow from September 2015 to November 2022. Ben's experience also includes serving as Executive Chef at Reads Restaurant from September 2010 to September 2015, Head Pastry Chef at ABode Hotels from March 2006 to February 2007, and Pastry Chef at The Square Restaurant Ltd from April 2003 to February 2006.
