Kelly Drury is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at EKC Group since November 2020, having previously held the roles of People Services Manager and HR Team Leader. Prior to joining EKC Group, Kelly worked at BT from July 2012 to June 2020 in various capacities, including HR Transformation Project Consultant, where responsibilities included coordinating the transition of over 7,000 managerial contracts to a new organizational framework. Additional roles at BT involved providing specialist support in performance management, employee relations, grievance cases, transition management for employees without roles, and managing skills pool initiatives to aid personnel in securing new opportunities.
