Chris Read McIps

Chris Read MCIPS is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Eiffage in the UK since February 2018. In this role, Chris supports HS2 joint venture initiatives and leads the Supply Chain Management team, overseeing the implementation of strategic vision encompassing development, assurance, performance management, supplier relationships, and risk management, with a significant focus on sustainable procurement. Chris has a successful track record, including winning the CIPS 2020 award for 'Best Initiative to Build a Diverse Supply Chain' and achieving over £10M in savings across project frameworks.
