Aadithyan T G is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Success at ekincare since May 2021, Aadithyan manages the customer lifecycle for over 130 corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Previously, as Regional Operations Manager at Next Education India Pvt Ltd, Aadithyan oversaw a team of 150 members and coordinated business operations across South India. Aadithyan has gained valuable skills through internships at Deloitte India, focusing on cyber risk management, and at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities included aerospace design quality control. Aadithyan holds a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from T A Pai Management Institute and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
