Zobaida S. has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Zobaida is currently the Co-CEO and Managing Director at EkkBaz, where they focus on empowering mom and pop shops in Bangladesh by allowing them to buy products now and pay later digitally. Zobaida also served as the Managing Director at Enam, where they aimed to bring innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations and empower local consumers and businesses in the digital economy era. Prior to that, Zobaida was the Managing Director at Ekkdam.com, an e-commerce website based in Singapore. Zobaida also worked as a Manager at Alif-Engineering Pte Ltd and held multiple positions at Intertek Bangladesh Limited, including Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing, Coordinator of Verification Services, and Senior Customer Service Officer.

Zobaida S. has a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from the National University of Bangladesh. Zobaida also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the same university. In addition, they have earned another Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the National University of Bangladesh.
