EKKO‘s birthplace was in the tropics of Sri Lanka, a brainchild of a mind that had unique ideas and decades of global exposure in the fashion world! Living in and travelling through the United States, Far-East & Sri Lanka, he founded many a company, and headed many a successful operation, including one of America’s top clothing brands, but still never managed to satisfy his craving of turning out a product line he was truly satisfied with.

A challenge taken on by Lalantha Watudura, initially a banker by profession, who left the industry in 1989 to follow his true calling in the fashion world. 

The brand mission was to turn out a product line that is not only of premium quality, but also value-for-money and can be enjoyed by everyone who loves confidence & lifestyle. A daunting challenge!
