Phillip Rubio

Phillip Rubio has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Phillip started their career as an IT Support Technician at GTI (Googoltech) in 2014 and worked there for a year. In 2016, they joined RightsIn as an Application Developer and Network Engineer, where they stayed until 2019. During the same period, they also worked for RightsLedger as an Application Developer and Network Administrator. In 2018, they joined GA Software, LLC. as an Application Developer and Network Engineer until 2020. Phillip is currently working at N Consulting Engineers, Inc. as a Software Development Manager since 2020. Prior to their civilian career, Phillip served in the US Army from 2010 to 2014, taking on roles as an Infantry and Security Force team member as well as an Information Technology System Analyst.

Phillip Rubio began their education at Walnut High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2006 to 2009. After graduating from high school, they attended Mt. San Antonio College from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a general education degree. In 2015, Phillip Rubio returned to Mt. San Antonio College to further their education, this time focusing on computer science. The end year for their computer science degree is not provided.
