Holly D.

Holly D. is an experienced professional in people operations and organizational management with a robust background in nonprofit and campaign settings. Currently serving as the People Operations Director at Ekō, Holly has also held the position of HR Manager and co-founded Blue Pine Strategies, focusing on communication strategies in cybersecurity. Previously, as Executive Director at CommunityRED, Holly trained diverse client partners in digital security, and during a brief tenure with the Matt Brown for Governor campaign, managed various operational functions. Holly's extensive experience also includes roles with All Out, Global Zero, AmericaSpeaks, and Students United, where exemplary project management and strategic leadership were demonstrated. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cornell College.
