Currently serving as Director of Food & Beverage at Eko Hotels & Suites, Abhilash has held various leadership roles including Acting EAM F&B and EAM F&B, overseeing operations across five hotels with a total of 927 keys. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Food and Beverage Manager at Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple F&B outlets, and contributing to the pre-opening of WelcomHotel The Savoy Mussoorie, establishing its food and beverage department.
