Customer Journey Support at Ekomenu

Annemieke Willems has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer support and communication roles. Currently, Annemieke is employed at Ekomenu as a Customer Journey Support specialist since March 2022. Annemieke has also been a freelance autocue operator for TaalPiek since August 2014, alongside running a language and text agency. Previous roles include autocue operator at Telecue, director's secretary at the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Ergotherapie, and various positions at ManpowerGroup Netherlands, encompassing quality department responsibilities and service representation. Annemieke's educational background includes studies in English language and literature at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and translation at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, training at Koninklijke Kentalis is underway.
