Antonio Rojas García

Antonio Rojas García has a varied work experience spanning several industries. Antonio began their career at Eli Lilly and Company in 2005, working as a Research and Development Laboratory Technician. After a brief stint there, they moved on to Geocisa UK Ltd. (ACS Group), where they worked as a Chemical Analyst, conducting environmental assessments and analyses. In 2007, they joined the Mass Spectrometry R+D Laboratory at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid as a Technician, specializing in analytical methods development. Antonio worked there until 2022. Additionally, in 2017, Antonio co-founded Los Tallos Microgreens, a company focused on hydroponic cultivation of microgreens for high gastronomy chefs and consumers. Currently, they serve as the Co-Chief Scientific Officer at Ekonoke since their appointment in 2020.

Antonio Rojas García pursued their education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1999 to 2006, successfully completing a University Degree in the field of Chemistry.
