Beverly Kastel has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Beverly started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Virginia Wine Marketing, where they assisted with promotional material development and consumer relations for the wine industry. Beverly then worked as an Account Manager at LCI Communications, managing advertising and PR accounts for various clients. Beverly later joined Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex, where they served as Marketing Communications Manager, leading corporate communications programs and serving as the company spokesperson. Beverly then became the Director of Marketing Communications at Newell Rubbermaid, overseeing integrated brand and marketing communications for a window treatments and home decor manufacturer. Most recently, they have been the Marketing Director at Ekornes, Inc., where they are responsible for strategic brand development and BtoB and BtoC marketing initiatives for a global furniture manufacturer.
Beverly Kastel completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Old Dominion University from 1987 to 1991. Beverly then pursued further studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Mass Communications from 1992 to 1995.
