Ingrida Navickienė

Ingrida Navickienė is the Chief Production Officer at EKSPLA, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served in various roles including Head of Laser Technology Group and COO at Altechna Coatings, where they managed production processes and led significant projects. Ingrida's career also includes experience as a Production Shift Supervisor and Optician/Operator, where they ensured quality control and team management. They have contributed to the Lithuanian Laser Association as a board member from 2021 to 2023 and acquired a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Kaunas University of Technology.
