Adam Craft is the Chief Product Officer at Hydrow, a rowing machine company based in Boston, MA. Adam has over 10 years of experience in product development and manufacturing, and they were recruited to Hydrow to build and lead the company's manufacturing and operations team.

Previously, Adam was the VP of Hardware, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations & Support at Jibo, Inc., a social robotics start-up. Adam was responsible for hardware development, as well as the direction, strategy, planning and execution of the company's manufacturing operation and supply chain activities, product quality, and customer service delivery.Adam led the comprehensive contract manufacturer selection process that included partners in the U.S., China and Mexico, negotiated pricing and Manufacturing Services Agreement (MSA), and managed the relationship with the selected manufacturing partner.

Under Adam's leadership, Jibo was successfully able to produce over 25,000 highly complex robots in time for holiday shipments by working through an accelerated production ramp while maintaining strict technical and quality requirements. Adam partnered with the manufacturer's supply chain team to optimize sourcing, lead times and costs while accomplishing cost, quality and technical goals. Adam also leveraged the manufacturer's engineering, quality and production resources to augment internal expertise and save cost. As a result of Adam's efforts, Jibo maintained high quality manufacturing standards which resulted in lower than projected field return issues.

In addition to their responsibilities at Jibo, Adam also expanded their role to encompass hardware and software engineering for a 7-month period after the Vice President of Engineering departed. During their time at Jibo, Adam built global manufacturing, quality, supply chain and customer support teams from the ground up. Adam also created a supply chain framework to accommodate direct to consumer, retail, and B2B shipments.

Adam holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Tufts University.

Adam Craft's educational career began with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Adam then pursued an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Adam's final stop was at Ramey School, where they completed their education.
