Shauna Cleary

Shauna Cleary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and ecommerce management. Currently, Shauna serves as the Director of Operations at Ekster® since October 2021, overseeing operations, supply chain, and customer support while leading the development of the ecommerce department. Shauna’s previous roles at Ekster® include Ecommerce Operations Manager and Head of Operations, during which notable achievements included obtaining B Corp certification and managing global logistics and inventory for various accounts. Prior to Ekster®, Shauna held multiple positions at Patagonia from July 2016 to October 2021, including Ecommerce Operations Coordinator for the EMEA region, where responsibilities encompassed project management, quality assurance, and customer service leadership. Shauna began the professional journey in customer service at Just Eat Takeaway.com and has also contributed to media and education sectors. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and French from Trinity College Dublin.
