Kathryn Desch

Kathryn Desch started their career at TalenTrust as a Recruitment Services Coordinator before moving on to Crested Butte Mountain Resort as a Mountain Adventures Camp Counselor. Kathryn then worked at Kampgrounds of America as a Front Office Coordinator/ Registration Agent. Later on, Kathryn gained experience at Ol' Miner Steakhouse as a Server/ Bartender and at CED as a Management Trainee. Currently, Kathryn is working as a Technical Recruiter at ektello after a previous role as a Central Sales Agent at Vail Resorts. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Colorado University.
