Karim Rogers is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in executive management and project development within international school settings. Since September 2004, Karim has served as the Executive Director and Owner of El Alsson British and American International School, a family-run institution established in 1982. Karim also plays a vital role as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, overseeing the successful relocation of the school to its new site in September 2017. Prior to this, Karim was the Executive Director at International House Cairo's International Language Institute from October 2004 to December 2019, contributing to its prominence within the International House Worldwide Organization. Karim's earlier experience includes a role as a Private Banker at Citi from January 2003 to September 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Management from IOE - UCL and a BA in Economics from The American University in Cairo.
