Karim Elshamy

Karim Elshamy is a civil engineer with extensive experience in site management and project supervision across various large-scale residential and commercial projects. Currently employed at EL Batal Group since January 2017, Karim oversees contractor works for major residential compounds and service apartment hotels, ensuring adherence to design documents, quality standards, safety protocols, and budget constraints. Prior to this role, Karim worked at AL Moassasa ALMasrya ALMotahida, managing large-scale residential projects, and at LANTK Egypt International as a planning engineer, focusing on project scheduling and regulatory compliance. Karim's career began at AL-REHAB for roads and constructions, where duties included supervising road execution. Karim holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, earned between 2006 and 2011.
