Alvin Chen

Alvin Chen, MD FACC currently serves as the Medical Director of Advanced Cardiac Imaging at El Camino Health, a position held since December 2023. Concurrently, Alvin Chen holds the title of Cardiologist at Sutter Health - Palo Alto Medical Foundation since June 2021. Previous experience includes completing a Cardiology Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities consisted of supervising residents and medical students, performing diagnostic procedures, and providing inpatient care. Additionally, Alvin Chen worked as a Medical Consultant for Google through Advanced Clinical from March to December 2019 and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Stanford Health Care from June 2015 to June 2018. Educational credentials include an MD from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
