Bido Baines

Bido Baines has over three decades of experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at El Camino Health since February 2009. Baines has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Operations for the Los Gatos campus and Executive Director of the Urology/Men's Health Service Line and Sleep Center, with responsibilities encompassing strategic management and operational oversight. Prior to joining El Camino Health, Bido Baines was the Executive Director at Tenet Healthcare for the Silicon Valley Urology Center from 1985 until April 2009.
