Macy Peralta

Macy Peralta, OTD, OTR/L, currently serves as the Director of Rehabilitation at Los Altos Post-Acute since August 2025 and holds an adjunct professor position in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Department at St. Catherine University since May 2022. With extensive experience in various roles, Macy has worked as an Occupational Therapist in mental health and addiction services at El Camino Health since December 2021 and previously held multiple positions at Powerback and AFFIRMA Rehabilitation between 2021 and 2025. Additional experience includes roles at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., and Cardinal Santos Medical Center as an Occupational Therapist, as well as service coordination and recovery coaching. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
