Melissa Flitsch, CISSP, currently serves as the Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Program Manager and Cybersecurity Resilience Coordinator at El Camino Health since September 2021. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Fidelity Investments and Towers Watson, focusing on HR communications and change management, respectively. Melissa began her career as an Associate Research Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Melissa holds a BA in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Oregon Culinary Institute.
