Omar Chughtai

Omar Chughtai, MHA, FACHE, FAB, currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at El Camino Health since February 2019, bringing significant leadership experience to the role. Previously, Omar held the position of Vice President of Operations at El Camino Health, overseeing the administrative functions of El Camino Hospital Los Gatos, a 143-bed acute care facility. Prior to this, Omar was the Chief Operating Officer at HCA Healthcare, managing a 474-bed flagship hospital and achieving notable EBITDA growth. Omar's extensive experience also includes roles at HCA as Chief Operating Officer & Vice President, and Associate Administrator, as well as an Administrative Resident and Intern at VCU Health System. Omar holds an MHA in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University.
