Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at El Cielo since November 2019, Paredes previously held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Presidente InterContinental Guadalajara from February 2010 to November 2019. In this role, Paredes was instrumental in creating a new sales structure, coaching teams to achieve goals, and developing sales and marketing strategies for various business segments.
