Veronica Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Development Specialist at El Clasificado since September 2011, where responsibilities include assisting customers with ad placements and conducting daily cold calls. Prior experience includes working as a Display Telemarketer at El Aviso Magazine from March 2008 to August 2011 and as a Sales Supervisor at Telscape Communications from January 2000 to September 2005, where management and coaching of a team of sales representatives in a commission-based environment were key duties. Veronica graduated from Bell Gardens High School.
