Ana Santos Lima

Ana Santos Lima has extensive experience in business controlling within the FMCG/food sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Controlling for the Purchasing Department at El Corte Inglés Portugal since September 2001. Key achievements include managing the change process for the Controlling Team, developing the Product Information Management area, and enhancing logistical processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous roles encompass leading a restructuring project in the FMCG Controller Area, creating management dashboards, and conducting performance evaluation processes in human resources. Ana holds an Executive Training in Digital Transformation from Nova School of Business and Economics, a Post Graduate degree in Management from Iscte, and an Advanced Program in Training Management for Executives from CIDEC, among other educational credentials in psychology and organizational management.
