Érica Pacheco

Érica Pacheco is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in digital project management and retail operations. Currently, Érica holds a senior project manager position at El Corte Inglés Portugal since October 2019, focusing on digital projects affecting online store functionalities. Prior to this role, Érica worked at El Corte Inglés in Spain, overseeing the testing of new web functionalities. Érica's earlier experience includes a substantial tenure at O Boticário in Brazil, where responsibilities ranged from administrative director to sales manager, with notable achievements such as receiving the IAF 2014 award for excellence in meeting business targets.
