Marta Vitó has over two decades of experience in the human resources field, currently serving as Responsável Recursos Humanos at El Corte Inglés Portugal since April 2004. Prior to this role, Marta held positions as Técnica de Recursos Humanos at Vicaima S.A. and Técnica de Recrutamento e Selecção at Sonae Distribuição. Marta's educational background includes a Master's degree in Master Executive en Dirección de RR.HH. from Sagardoy School, completed in December 2023, and additional leadership training through programs at the University of Deusto and AESE Business School.
