Ana Belen Torres Lago has extensive experience in management, particularly in the fields of software integration, installation, and customer care. Since September 2004, Ana Belen has served as the Directora Centro de Integración e Ingeniería de Software at El Corte Inglés. Prior to this, Ana Belen held multiple leadership roles at AT&T from July 1999 to April 2004, including Directora del Departamento de Instalaciones and Directora del Departamento de Atención al Cliente, overseeing project management and customer satisfaction. Additionally, experience at IBM Global Services included serving as Coordinadora del Departamento de Atención al Cliente and Account Manager for medium and large accounts. Academic qualifications consist of a Licenciatura in Mathematics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a PDG from IESE Business School.
