Bruna Costa is currently the Director of Customer Experience at El Corte Inglés. Prior to this role, Bruna worked at W Barcelona, where she held various positions including W Insider - VIP Guest Relations, Head Concierge, and Concierge. She also worked at Meliá Hotels International as a Trainee in the F&B Department and later as a Waitress-ME Mallorca. Bruna's experience also includes working at Hotel Mercure as a Waitress for Accor Plus. She has a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from thePower and a degree in Hospitality Management and Administration from ESEIG.
