Lidia has held multiple roles at El Corte Inglés, including PM Strategy & Transformation Officer, Customer Insights & CRM Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. Prior to this, Lidia worked as a Financial Consultant at Bluecap Management Consulting from October 2013 to September 2016 and completed an internship in the Offset & Collaboration Department at Airbus Group in 2013. Lidia's educational background includes a Master in Customer Experience Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Master's degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, with additional studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
