Miriam De La Horra Figueroa serves as Area Manager for Madrid in International Marketing and Customer Development at El Corte Inglés since April 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Customer Experience at ECI Serrano. With extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Miriam worked at Meliá Hotels International from August 2006 to March 2020, where roles included Brand Ambassador and Customer Experience Director at ME Madrid Hotel, and participation in pre-opening initiatives for new properties. Additional experience includes positions in Front Desk operations at Hotel Silken P.C. Castilla and protocol functions at IFEMA, alongside serving as Spain Brand Ambassador for the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism in New York City. Miriam holds a Master's degree in Protocol, Communication, and Public Relations from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and a Diploma in Tourism from Escuela de Turismo Delicias - U.N.E.D.
