Deanna Santana currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the El Dorado County Commission for Youth and Families at the El Dorado County Office of Education, where the focus is on creating a transparent, integrated system of services for families in need. Previous roles include Council Coordinator for the Early Learning Planning Council and the Child Abuse Prevention Council at Child Advocates of El Dorado County, as well as Executive Director, Interim Executive Director, and Program Director, where Deanna emphasized best practices and strategic communication. Deanna's experience also includes managing public education and relations at DCI Donor Services, program analysis at the El Dorado County Office of Education, and directing a preschool at Pioneer Union School District. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communication from Washington State University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University, and an Associate of Arts from Folsom Lake College.
