Talley Cain

Talley Cain is a knowledgeable professional with a diverse background in program management, business consulting, and research. Currently serving as a Staff Services Analyst at El Dorado Hills Community Services District since August 2022, Talley previously held roles such as Emerging Leader at Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and Program Manager at Cleantech Open Northeast / NECEC, where responsibilities included overseeing startup recruitments and managing regional events.
