El Dorado School District is an innovative K-12 public school system located in El Dorado, Arkansas. We offer teachers and students the opportunity to grow, learn, and succeed at each of our eight campuses.

El Dorado High School (9-12) prepares students for college or career with a variety of educational offerings, including 20 Advanced Placement courses, and extracurricular activities. Our music and athletics programs are top in the state. The El Dorado Promise scholarship program, funded by Murphy Oil Corporation, provides college tuition and fees scholarships to graduates of El Dorado High School. This access to higher education creates an environment for learning and a hope for the future of our students that begins in kindergarten and follows our students through to high school graduation.

Teachers are supported to become the best in their field with a wide range of professional development opportunities, mentor teachers, instructional facilitators at each school for math and literacy, and district-level endowed chairs in math, literacy and science.
