Daryl Campbell

Senior Director, District Partnerships at EL Education

Daryl Campbell has a diverse work experience in the education field. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Teacher for Boston Public Schools until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Teacher and Teacher Leader for the Public Schools of Brookline, where they achieved impressive results in student performance and growth. Daryl then joined Teach Plus as the Director of Training and Development & Leadership Coach from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Teacher at City Schools of Decatur, and in 2016 they transitioned to School Designer/Professional Development Specialist at EL Education, Inc. In 2017, they returned to City Schools of Decatur as the Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as an Instructional Coach/Founding Lead Teacher at Capital Village PCS. In 2022, they became the Director of Learning & Practice at EmbraceRace, and in 2023 they took on the role of Senior Director, District Partnerships at EL Education.

Daryl Campbell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Wofford College in 1999. Later, in 2000, they pursued a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
