Justin Rall

Justin Rall has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 with Xerox where they served as an Operations Manager for five years. Justin then became a Partner at Dive Ventures before transitioning to roles such as Project Manager at Compass Group North America, Operations Manager at AVI-SPL, and Department Analyst at County of El Dorado. From 2012 to 2015, Justin worked as the Director of Finance at New Teacher Center, followed by being the Accounting/Finance Manager at Kitsap County. Justin then held the position of Senior Director of Partner Engagement at New Teacher Center from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, Justin became a Partner at Brewmasters Taproom before joining EL Education, where they have held the roles of Director of Grants & Budgets and is currently serving as a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.
