Christina Ramirez has been working at El Paso County since April 2011, serving in various HR roles such as Risk Management, Employment, Training and Development, and currently as JPD Human Resources Manager. Christina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at El Paso.
