Cynthia S. Prieto

Cynthia S. Prieto serves as Controller. Ms. Prieto leads the Company’s accounting, tax and financial systems functions as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer.

Ms. Prieto started with EPE in June 2006 in the Financial Accounting Department, and most recently has served as Director of Tax since March 2009. Prior to joining El Paso Electric, Cindy served as the Controller of Continental National Bank and as a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP.

Ms. Prieto also serves as the treasurer of the Kelly Center for Hunger Relief.
