David Guzman

David Guzman has a robust background in electrical engineering with significant experience at El Paso Electric Company since March 2012, where positions include Manager of Planning & Project Management, Transmission, Substation, and Relay Superintendent, Substation Engineer, and Distribution Systems Engineer. Additionally, David serves as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at El Paso since January 2019. David holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both from The University of Texas at El Paso.
