Karin Melson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in benefits management and HR operations. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at El Paso Electric Company since September 2019, Karin has previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at TFCU - El Paso and Human Resources Generalist at El Paso Electric Company.
