Julian Salinas has extensive experience in outreach and intervention within the field of social services. Since October 2007, Julian has served as a Student Outreach Specialist at the El Paso Independent School District. Prior to this role, Julian worked as a Group Facilitator for the Battering Intervention and Prevention Program at the Center Against Family Violence from June 2008 to February 2011, and as the Outreach Coordinator for the Family Violence Unit at the El Paso County Attorney's Office from February 2003 to April 2006. Julian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Psychology from Park University (2010-2011) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the same institution (2004-2006).
