Aldo Pillado Rodriguez, MS, PMP, is an accomplished IT project management professional with extensive experience in leading large-scale IT initiatives. Currently serving as an IT Project Manager at El Paso Water since August 2020, Aldo excels in executing projects using adaptive management frameworks and industry best practices. Previously, Aldo held roles such as CIS Applications Administrator, where responsibilities included overseeing teams for a Customer Information System, and Lead Application Support Analyst at GECU, focusing on software application administration and support. Aldo's earlier experience includes positions in IT coordination and support across various organizations, alongside a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Information Technology from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Families, businesses and our community depend on us to deliver reliable, quality and sustainable water, wastewater, stormwater and reclaimed water services. Our desert city is blessed with three sources of water – the Rio Grande and two aquifers. Decades ago, El Paso Water had the foresight to begin exploring and pursuing innovative water supply options – reclamation and reuse, conservation and education, and desalination.
