El Paso Water
Richard Duran is a Network Systems Manager at El Paso Water since April 2018. Prior to that, Richard worked as a Senior Scientist I at Jacobs from June 2017 to March 2018. With a background in Computer Science, Richard has held various technical roles such as Senior Systems Programmer at ManTech from October 2010 to May 2017, and Senior Systems Analyst at 3D Research from October 2006 to September 2010. Richard also has experience as a Systems Administrator at Dallas Airmotive from June 2002 to October 2006. Richard holds an MS and BS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at El Paso.
