The Human Resources and Administration team at El Pomar Foundation manages employee relations, recruitment, and organizational policy development. They also provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the foundation, oversee financial management and business operations, and manage the grants process to align with the foundation’s mission of enhancing the well-being of the people of Colorado.
